A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Blind, Controlled Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of VX-121
This study is being done to learn more about the safety and effectiveness of VX-121/TEZ/D-IVA in participants with Cystic Fibrosis.
Children and adolescents aged 12 years and older can participate in the study if they have a confirmed diagnosis of Cystic Fibrosis (CF) that is either Homozygous for F508del, Heterozygous for F508del and a Gating (F/G) or Residual Function (F/RF) Mutation, or Have At Least 1 Other Triple Combination Responsive CFTR mutation.
Your child will be in this research study for 19 visits over approximately 60 weeks., and will have approximately 15 blood draws and lung function tests.
