Our Leadership: Anna Small

Anna Small is the Chief Compliance Officer for Nemours Children’s. Small leads the compliance and privacy efforts that promote our journey of compliance and supportive culture.

Anna brings a rich background to the position that includes experiences as a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, trial attorney and in senior management. Most recently, she was the Chief Compliance Officer at Shriners Hospitals for Children and their 22-hospital system. In addition to her interest in teaching, Anna is a versatile linguist. She is fluent in English and Dutch, and proficient in Spanish, French and German.

She leads a very talented team of associates with an established foundation.
