2013 Wellness Incentive
Associates will have the opportunity to receive a 20% reduction in payroll contributions for medical coverage by completing a variety of wellness activities. Qualifying for the incentive is simple — earn 50 points by Feb. 1, 2013.
How to Qualify for the Incentive
Step 1: Take the Online Health Assessment (required) 30 points
