Get to Know Me
I grew up in Orlando, so I have a special bond with Orlando, and serving the central Florida Community is very important to me. I speak multiple languages, which helps me connect with patients of various backgrounds. By making communication easier I can make it easier for families to get the care their child needs. Each child is unique — so each child’s care plan should be too.
Why I Treat Children
I have always had a passion for pediatrics. Being the eldest of three children, I assumed the big sister role, and this led to a passion for children's health overall. My medical school rotations in pediatrics and volunteer experiences during my undergraduate and medical school studies solidified this enthusiasm.
What I'm Passionate About
I am passionate about empowering children to take care of their health. I work with children and their families to develop realistic healthy goals for themselves. I am passionate about literacy, so I am constantly encouraging children and families to read together daily.
How I Try to Make A Difference
I focus on preventive care because building healthy habits in childhood can lead to a lifetime of better health. Small changes implemented in childhood can lead to long-term positive changes. Healthy children become healthy adults.
