Live 5-2-1-Almost None everyday:
- Five or more fruits and vegetables
- Two hours or less of screen time
- One hour of physical activity
- Almost none of items such as soft drinks, sports drinks, and fruit drinks that are not 100% fruit juice

Nemours Health and Prevention Services (NHPS) and the Nemours Florida Prevention Initiative have a daily formula to help parents and educators teach healthy habits to children, the 5-2-1-Almost None Guide.

The Almost None Sugar Shock Kit provides a fun and interactive way to show how much sugar is in some popular drinks. It can be used to discuss the difference between healthy and sugary drinks, and the reasons why sugary drinks should be limited.
Design your own 5-2-1 Almost None bulletin board to display in your classroom or at home.
Match up the number with the healthy lifestyle recommendation — for example, display the number "5" next to the text saying "Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day."
Download free graphics from NHPS, or from other organizations that promote similar concepts. Use them as a starting point to add interest to your 5-2-1 Almost None bulletin board.
