Biography

Kati has been a Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health Service Provider for the last 25 years and has hands on experience delivering care, and leading care teams across the breadth of care settings: including inpatient and outpatient settings for both rural and urban communities. Her experience includes successfully improving accessibility and quality of mental health care for both Non-Profit, For-Profit and now B-Corp entities. As a serial entrepreneur compelled to help more people have access to quality mental health support, she co-founded Synchronous Health Inc., in 2016. It's a population behavioral health company that built a proprietary artificial intelligence Bot to provide between session support for Clinical Specialists who program the technology to support their clients care plans.
