Nemours Leadership Team

Nemours Leadership Team (NLT), is a senior leadership group representing cross-functional clinical leaders representing the diversity of Nemours enterprise locations. The NLT serves as advisors to the Executive Cabinet with accountability for organizational performance, goals and metrics.

R. Lawrence Moss, MD, FACS, FAAP

President and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Moss joined Nemours on Oct. 1, 2018, after serving seven years as Surgeon-in-Chief at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, and the E. Thomas Boles Jr., Professor of Surgery at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He has served as a pediatric surgeon for more than 26 years.
