A Phase I Study of Irinotecan and Bevacizumab With Temozolomide in Children With Recurrent/Refractory Central Nervous System Tumors

What is the trial about?

To determine safety and effectiveness temozolomide, irinotecan and bevacizumab. All three of these agents have shown effectiveness in pediatric brain tumors.

Who can participate?

  • Medulloblastoma, high-grade glioma, low-grade glioma, and ependymoma are eligible
  • Adequate organ function
  • Must have measurable disease
  • Cannot have bleeding disorders

What is involved?

Length of study is up to 2 years. Standard cancer care.
