What is the trial about?

Compare effects of the chemotherapy drugs carboplatin and isotretinoin on participants with high risk medulloblastoma and to find out if one or both are better than standard therapy alone.

Who can participate?

> 3 and < 22 yrs of age.

What is involved?

Length of study is 9-15 months. Standard cancer care including additional hearing and blood tests.
