Safety and Efficacy of NNC 0155-0000-0004 in Prevention and Treatment of Bleeds in Pediatric Previously Untreated Patients With Hemophilia A (GUARDIAN 4)

What is the trial about?

Study of children with severe hemophilia A.

Who can participate?

Male patients age 0-6 years.

What is involved?

The trial includes five planned visits to the clinic which will last approximately one hour. Additional visits may occur if required. It is expected that the entire trial will run for approximately 4 years. Tests include:

  • Physical exam
  • Blood draws
  • Genotype testing
