What is the trial about?

Study of children with severe hemophilia A.

Who can participate?

Male patients at least 12 years old.

What is involved?

Participation in this study will last about 6 months in the on-demand arm and about 7 to 19 months in the prophylaxis arm. There will be a total of up to 12 study visits each lasting no more than 2 hours each. Complete physical exam, and blood/urine samples.
