Safety, Tolerability and Pharmacokinetics Study of Single and Multiple Subcutaneous Doses of Turoctocog Alfa Pegol in Patients With Hemophilia A.

What is the trial about?

The purpose of this study is to find out how well the study drug works when injected under the skin.

Who can participate?

18–24 years old men with a diagnosis of hemophilia A.

What is involved?

Ten visits to Nemours Children’s Hospital, Florida over two months. Procedures and tests to be done include physical exam, ECG, blood and urine samples and questions about your medical history.
