Charles J. Hawkins II, JD, MBA

Charles J. Hawkins II, JD, MBA, is the founder and principal attorney of the Law Office of Charles J. Hawkins II, PA, based in Orlando, Florida. He provides strategic legal counsel on domestic commercial transactions, including service provider agreements, construction contracts, and employment agreements. 

His clients have included the National Pulse Memorial & Museum Foundation, Orlando City Soccer Club, and ACE Construction Co., and he has served as Co-Disclosure Counsel for the City of Orlando Wastewater System Bond issuance.

Previously, Hawkins served as Assistant County Attorney for Orange County government, where he drafted and negotiated complex contractual agreements and advised on ethics, open-meeting laws, and public procurement processes.

Hawkins earned his Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law and his Master of Business Administration from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He graduated magna cum laude from Morehouse College with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, named to the Dean’s List, and recognized as the top senior in finance.

Deeply committed to community service, Hawkins serves on the Orange County Tourist Development Council, the Board of Directors for CREW Orlando, and the Orange County Board of Zoning Adjustment. He was honored as a 2023 Orlando Magic Diversity Change Maker and is a proud graduate of Leadership Orlando (Class 22).
