Our Leadership: Judy Titera

Judy Titera joined the Nemours Foundation Board of Directors in 2024. She is an experienced board director and risk professional, currently serving on the Mitsui Sumitomo Transverse Insurance Board and Audit Committee. She also serves on the Advisory Board for private equity-held RadarFirst, a SaaS-based incident response management platform.

As former Chief Privacy Officer at USAA, Judy brings extensive experience in the risk, compliance, privacy, technology and cybersecurity domains within the financial services, insurance and health care industries.

She is a member of several professional affiliations, including Extraordinary Women on Boards and the National Association of Corporate Directors, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional. Judy participates in various professional activities and speaking engagements, including guest lecturer at Marquette University Law School — Health Law course and NYU Law Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement.

She holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and a Graduate Certificate in Managed Healthcare from Carroll College. She completed the cybersecurity-focused Intersection of Policy & Technology Executive Education Program at Harvard Kennedy School, the Women Leading from the Front Lines program through The West Point Thayer Leadership Program, as well the Generative AI for Executives Program.
