We’re grateful that so many families take our surveys. Thanks to you, we learn what Nemours should keep doing — and what we can change. Your feedback helps us provide kids with the highest quality care. 

We use a survey company called National Research Corporation Health (NRC Health) to administer and collate survey results.

What does this mean for you? 

  • NRC Health will send you a survey a day or two after your visit or hospital stay. 
  • The survey will be about 10 questions, and should take about 2 minutes to complete.  

How does the new survey work? 

  • You will see an email from connectsurvey@surveynrc.com with a link to complete a short survey.
  • If you are not able to take the survey, NRC Health will call. This gives you a chance to offer feedback over the phone. Many families find this an even easier way to share their comments and ideas. NRC Health will call two times; 24 hours after no response, and again the next day. If you can’t answer, they will leave a message. You may call back any time within a two-week period to take the survey. 

One thing that never changes is how much we value your feedback. We read all of your comments and will continue to do so.
