Research Project

Research is at the forefront of all medical advancement, improved patient outcomes, and enhancement of one’s own practice. By engaging in research, health care providers strengthen professional relationships, remain innovative and effective in their care for patients, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of evidence-based practice. Ultimately, participation in research related projects benefits the provider, the patient, and the medical community as a whole.

The Nemours Pediatric Orthopedic Surgical PA Fellow will be expected to participate at a level deemed appropriate by the program director in a research project. Nemours Children's offers a variety of research projects currently underway that the fellow may request to assist, or the fellow may design their own research study.
