Collaborating for Tomorrow reflects our shared commitment to establishing a new era of advanced pediatric care at home. Our goal is to ensure that children of all ages can continue their recovery after discharge safely, comfortably, and with comprehensive clinical support in their own homes.
Over two days, participants will:
