I grew up in Orlando, so I have a special bond with Orlando, and serving the central Florida Community is very important to me. I speak multiple languages, which helps me connect with patients of various backgrounds. By making communication easier I can make it easier for families to get the care their child needs. I have always had a passion for pediatrics. Being the eldest of three children, I assumed the big sister role, and this led to a passion for children's health overall. My medical school rotations in pediatrics and volunteer experiences during my undergraduate and medical school studies solidified this enthusiasm.What I'm Passionate About
I am passionate about empowering children to take care of their health. I work with children and their families to develop realistic healthy goals for themselves. I am passionate about literacy, so I am constantly encouraging children and families to read together daily.How I Try to Make A Difference
