Children and teens are different from adults and need specialized care. That’s why Nemours Children’s collaborates with TidalHealth to offer pediatric expertise and equipment in Salisbury, Maryland.
Here, we combine our advanced pediatric care with TidalHealth’s highly trained staff. This cooperation demonstrates our shared belief that kids do better when we work together.
What Nemours Offers at This Location
Nemours offers teleheath consultation services with our pediatric specialists for:
- Remote Cardiology study readings
- Remote Infectious Disease consultations
Nemours also participates in TidalHealth’s ambulatory pediatric endocrinology clinic, with a Nemours physician providing remote care several times per month.
Additional Services
Nemours and TidalHealth work together to:
- Facilitate the transfer of extremely ill pediatric children to Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware in Wilmington.
- Coordinate care, when needed, with our specialists and primary care pediatricians at Nemours Children's Health, Seaford, Nemours Children's Health, Salisbury, Nemours Children's Health, Milford, and at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware.

You may be billed separately by the hospital and by Nemours (for services provided by a Nemours provider during your child's visit.)
