Nemours Children’s Has Gone Paperless.

See How We’re Making Paying Your Bill Simpler Than Ever.

Starting January 2, 2025, Nemours transitioned to paperless billing. This means statements will now be sent to you via Nemours Children’s MyChart and no longer through the mail.

Why paperless?

  • More efficient — There’s no delay going back and forth through the mail.
  • Better for the environment — The less need for paper, the better.
  • Easier — See and pay your bills instantly.

Who does this apply to?

This applies to the parent or guardian who is responsible for paying the balance of a patient’s statement and who also has an active Nemours Children’s MyChart account.

However, if you prefer paper statements, you can easily log into  MyChart and change the setting to have paper statements mailed to you.

This applies to any parent or guardian who is responsible for paying the balance of a patient’s statement who also has an active Nemours Children’s MyChart account. Yes, both hospital and physician statements will now be paperless.

Nemours contracts with outside groups to perform radiology, emergency room, ICU and hospitalist services. If you have been seen by one of those groups, you will continue to receive paper statements, unless you have made other arrangements with the group who performed the service.

The information on your statement is the same, we’ve just simplified the design to make it easier for you to read. You will continue to receive separate hospital and physician statements.
