A Food Additive Removal Diet for Pediatric Eosinophilic Esophagitis

What is the trial about?

We are conducting a research study to compare two diet therapies in children diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis. The two diets are (1) the dairy elimination diet (eliminating cow’s milk from your diet), and (2) a diet eliminating dairy and food additives.

Who can participate?

Children aged 5-17 who have been diagnosed with Eosinophilic Esophagitis.

What is involved?

Participants will complete questionnaires sent via email and diet recalls via telephone. Participation in this study will last 12 weeks.
