Patient Relations

The Patient Relations Department accepts compliments and complaints pertaining to care that patients and their family’s experience at Nemours Children's Health in Florida. We understand that despite Nemours teams’ best efforts, sometimes you may have a concern or suggestion to improve the medical experience. Patient Relations is available to receive your feedback and in a timely manner have Nemours team members review and respond to your questions and concerns.
