About Our Councils
Nemours family advisory councils give parents and caregivers a way to share feedback about the care experience at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware. Members may take part in projects, committees, and other opportunities.
We also have specialty advisory councils that focus on a specific condition, service, or care experience. These councils give patients and families a way to share feedback with teams who understand their specific needs. Available councils may change as new opportunities are introduced.

About the Council
The Teen Advisory Council gives teens a way to speak up about the care experience at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware. Teen advisors bring ideas and feedback from a teen perspective. They have helped teams use more teen-friendly language, plan activities for patients, improve hospital spaces, and review services and programs.

About the Council
The Adult Patient Advisory Council is for adult patients, 18 and older, who receive care at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware. Members share their experiences and offer a direct view of what adult patients need from their care. The help guide services, communication, and policies that affect adult patients.
