Preparing for your visit:
- Only one healthy parent or caregiver can accompany the patient to the appointment.
- Please ensure your child is in loose, easy-to-remove upper body clothes: loose t-shirts for younger children, button up shirts for older patients.
- For infants/toddlers: easy-to-remove clothing.
- All caregivers and patients (2+ years) must wear a mask or cloth that covers the nose and mouth to the visit.
- Your child will be examined outside of your car. Please make sure they are dressed appropriately for the weather on the day of your appointment.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. When you pull into the clinic, do not roll down your window until instructed when you are in the tent/exam area.
- If your child has asthma, please bring their inhaler and spacer.
What to expect when you arrive:
- When you arrive at the clinic, you will see a greeter and a sign with instructions and a phone number for check-in.
- Please call the number to check in for your appointment. The patient service representative and greeter will give you further instructions.
