We see patients for primary care medical needs like well-child checkups, sick-child care and immunizations, from birth until 18 years old. Call our office anytime, 24/7, to connect with a nurse who can help you manage your child's symptoms.
Complimentary Meet-and-Greet Appointments
A parent or legal guardian must accompany your child for the first visit. If a legal guardian rather than a parent accompanies your child, the guardian must bring guardianship and custody papers for your child to be seen.
Please allow 5–7 days for form completion. The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) requires sports physicals to be completed no earlier than June 1 before the start of the school year. Learner’s permit physicals must be no sooner than 6 months prior to a child’s 16th birthday.
