Blazing Buffalo Brussels Sprouts Chips With Ranch
Grab a bag of Brussels sprouts and your favorite chips to make this quick and easy snack recipe.
Ingredients
Yields 4 Servings
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and sliced thick
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of your favorite hot sauce
- 3 fl oz light ranch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a saute pan or skillet on medium high heat.
- Add the olive oil to the saute pan then add the Brussels sprouts
- Once golden brown around the edges, flip the Brussels sprouts using tongs or culinary tweezers
- Once the Brussels sprouts are browned on both sides, remove them to a tray line with paper towels to soak up any excess oil.
- Place the Brussels sprouts chips on a serving platter and drizzle with hot sauce
- Serve as an appetizer with the light ranch on the side for dipping.
