Our Nemours Center for Eosinophilic GI Disease offers kids a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers, nurses, research assistants and registered dietitians.
Our comprehensive GI and allergy care includes unsedated transnasal endoscopy (TNE), traditional endoscopy, EndoflipTM, allergy testing and nutritional counseling. We also have a reasearch staff dedicated to innovative clinical trials for EoE.
Unsedated TNE Service
Unsedated transnasal endoscopy (also called TNE) is a procedure that allows kids to have endoscopies without anesthesia. This means it's faster, less expensive and safer.
Our Center for EoE GI Disease at Nemours Children's Hospital, Florida is one of the first pediatric facilities in the nation to offer it.
