Across multiple locations in Delaware and Florida, we offer specialized programs in pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. We see kids in the hospital (acute care and inpatient rehab) and in outpatient settings. We also offer a comprehensive rehabilitation program for children who need more intensive therapy.
In addition to helping children and teens recover from injuries and illnesses, we see kids with a range of conditions that impact their function. We’ll build the right program for your child that is age- and developmentally appropriate. Our focus is helping your child return to their normal routines and the activities that make childhood meaningful.
Our rehabilitation program accepts referrals from your child’s physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner. If your child has a referral or order for therapy you can provide that directly to us.

The Nemours Therapy & Rehabilitative team provides comprehensive care, tailored to meet the needs of every child. We offer a wide range of specialized programs, both in the hospital and in outpatient settings. Care teams are made up of therapists, nurses, physical medicine and rehabilitation doctors, and any other specialists your child might need.
Rehabilitative Care in Multiple Settings
Depending on their medical condition or recovery journey, children need different levels of care. Across both the Delaware Valley and Central Florida, we see thousands of children in outpatient settings for physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
We also have comprehensive rehabilitation programs at both Nemours Children’s Hospital, Florida and Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware.
