    We’re located inside the outpatient medical building at Baptist Clay Medical Center.

    About Your Visit

    Referrals: We may be able to see your child without a referral based on your health insurance plan. Please ask when you call for your appointment.

    Legal Guardian: A child must be accompanied by a legal guardian or someone authorized by the legal guardian.

    Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so we have plenty of time to register your child in our system.

    We Make Care Easy With Nemours Children’s MyChart

    Nemours Children’s MyChart can help you easily manage your child’s main condition or concern, as well manage other aspects of your child’s health care. MyChart is interactive, so it quickly assesses how your child is doing, and tells you what steps you should take. It also lets you communicate with your care team, track appointments and symptoms, access your child’s medical records, and launch video doctor visits on demand.
